Common questions about pricing
What is a seat?
A seat is one LinkedIn profile that we manage as part of your outreach campaign. One seat means we run outreach through one profile. Three seats means three profiles. The term is used only for pricing and capacity. It is not a software license.
Am I buying software?
No. You are paying for a managed service performed by our team, including campaign management, prospecting, outreach, conversation management, and meeting booking. You do not need to learn or log in to any tool.
How does billing work?
Fees are payable in advance for each monthly service period. Ongoing services continue month to month until either side ends the engagement. The price in your accepted proposal or invoice is the price that applies.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You can end the engagement before the next monthly service period begins. Fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable, because the work for that month is already underway.
Do more seats change the service?
No. Every seat receives the same core managed service. More seats simply means more outreach capacity at a lower cost per seat.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Performance depends on your offer, market, pricing, and sales process, so we do not guarantee specific numbers. You can see typical performance on our results page.
What if I need 10 or more seats?
Larger engagements get custom pricing, and can include a dedicated lead researcher, custom reporting, CRM integration, multiple ICPs and campaigns, sales team coordination, and custom lead scoring. Get in touch to talk it through.
