What each metric tells you
Five numbers we track on every campaign, and why each one matters for your pipeline.
Connection acceptance
The share of connection requests that prospects accept. It shows whether targeting and the first touch feel relevant to the person receiving them.
Reply rate
The share of accepted connections who reply. It reflects whether the opening message gives people a genuine reason to respond.
Positive replies
The share of replies that show interest or openness to a conversation. This is where relevant, question-based outreach separates itself from a pitch.
Meetings booked
Meetings booked for every 1,000 connection requests sent. It is the number that matters most, because it is what lands in your calendar.
Positive to negative ratio
How many positive replies arrive for every negative one. A high ratio means outreach is welcomed rather than resented, which protects your reputation.
What drives the difference
The gap between our numbers and the industry comes from three habits we apply to every campaign.
Tighter targeting
We score prospects by industry, company size, job title, and relevance. Only A and B leads make the list, so requests reach people likely to care.
Messages written for one person
Every connection request and follow-up references something specific about the prospect, such as hiring activity or company news. No templates.
Human review before sending
A Campaign Manager checks messages for accuracy, tone, and claims before they go out. Nothing spammy leaves the queue.
